Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Healixity uses cookies and browser storage to keep accounts secure and make essential platform features work.

Effective date: October 24, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Browser storage includes related technologies that let a site remember necessary information between requests.

This Cookie Policy should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how Healixity handles personal information.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies support features you request and cannot be disabled through a site preference control without breaking those features.

  • Keep authenticated reviewer sessions active.
  • Protect account actions and maintain secure server communication.
  • Remember required application state during a sign-in or protected workflow.
  • Support reliability, routing, and security functions.

Blocking these cookies may prevent sign-in, reviewer comments, bookings, messaging, or other protected features from working.

3. Functional storage

Healixity may use browser storage for necessary interface state and preferences. Examples include temporary form state, display preferences, and application behavior needed to deliver a feature you use.

We do not use browser storage to create a separate advertising profile about you.

4. Google Sign-In

Google Identity Services may use cookies or similar technologies when you use Google Sign-In. Healixity sends the Google credential to our server for verification, then creates an authenticated Healixity session.

Google controls its own cookies and processing. Review Google's policies and browser controls for more information about Google services.

5. Third-party services

Some Healixity features may rely on providers for authentication, hosting, databases, payments, communications, security, or embedded content. Those providers may use their own cookies under their own policies.

Healixity does not claim that every third-party service is active on every page. We enable services when needed for the feature being used.

6. Cookie duration

Session cookies normally end when you close your browser or sign out.

Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you remove them through browser settings. Reviewer authentication sessions are designed to expire after a limited period for security.

7. Your controls

Most browsers let you view, delete, block, or restrict cookies through privacy settings. Browser help pages explain how to manage these controls for your device.

Disabling essential cookies may sign you out or stop account, comment, booking, payment, and messaging features from working. Clearing cookies does not necessarily delete information held in your Healixity account.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
