This policy applies to Healixity websites, applications, and services that link to it. By using Healixity, you acknowledge the practices described here.

Healixity is a professional healthcare expertise platform. It is not a healthcare provider, emergency service, or substitute for medical advice.

Account and profile information. We collect information you provide when creating an account or profile, such as your name, email address, role, professional details, company details, biography, availability, and profile image.

Activity and service information. We process requests, offers, bookings, sessions, applications, jobs, messages, notifications, and other content needed to operate the platform.

Review information. When you use authenticated review tools, we may store comments, replies, page paths, pin positions, thread status, timestamps, and the signed-in reviewer identity.

Technical information. We may receive browser, device, network, diagnostic, and usage information when needed for security, reliability, and product operation.

Payment information. Payment details are handled by the applicable payment provider. Healixity receives the transaction and account information needed to confirm, support, and reconcile payments.

• Provide, personalize, and improve profiles, discovery, bookings, sessions, jobs, and messaging.
• Authenticate accounts, maintain sessions, prevent fraud, and protect the platform.
• Send service notices, security alerts, booking updates, and support responses.
• Process payments, payouts, refunds, and related records through service providers.
• Measure reliability, troubleshoot problems, and improve platform features.
• Meet legal obligations and respond to valid legal, safety, or security requests.

We share information when needed to provide a service you request. For example, profile and service details may be visible to other users so they can evaluate expertise, opportunities, or bookings.

We may share limited information with hosting, database, authentication, payment, email, analytics, customer support, and security providers. These providers may process information only to provide services to Healixity.

We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect users and the platform, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not publish private account, message, payment, or session information unless the product or your action makes that information visible.

Reviewer sign-in uses Google Identity Services. When you sign in, Healixity verifies the Google credential on the server and uses the verified Google subject ID, name, email address, and profile image to create a reviewer session.

Reviewer sessions use an encrypted, HTTP-only browser cookie. We do not use client-supplied names, email addresses, or roles to authorize server actions. Reviewer comments are available only to authenticated reviewers of the configured project.

We use essential cookies to keep authenticated sessions working and to protect account actions. We may also use browser storage or similar technologies for necessary preferences and application behavior.

Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, comments, bookings, or other protected features from working. Browser settings can remove cookies, but removal may sign you out.

We retain information while your account or business relationship is active, while needed to provide services, and for longer when required for legal, security, dispute, or financial-record purposes.

We use access controls, server-side authentication, secure session cookies, encryption in transit, and service-provider safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected security issues through support@healixity.com.

You can review or update available profile information through your account. You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting support.

Some information may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, payment, or dispute purposes. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
