These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Healixity LLC. By accessing or using Healixity, you agree to follow these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. If you use Healixity for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Healixity provides tools for discovering professionals, publishing expertise, finding healthcare opportunities, communicating, and arranging services or sessions between users.

Healixity does not employ every professional listed on the platform, does not guarantee a match or outcome, and does not act as a healthcare provider, emergency service, insurer, or medical adviser.

• Keep account credentials and contact information accurate and current.
• Protect passwords, authentication methods, and account access.
• Do not share an account or impersonate another person or organization.
• Tell us promptly about unauthorized access or suspected security problems.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

Professionals and organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, availability, rates, qualifications, listings, and responses. Users must review service details before requesting or booking a session.

Bookings, cancellations, refunds, fees, payouts, and payment timing may depend on the applicable service terms shown during the transaction. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Healixity may correct errors, prevent suspicious transactions, or pause a transaction when needed for security, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

You retain ownership of content you submit, including profiles, messages, applications, reviews, and annotations. You grant Healixity a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

Do not submit confidential, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content. Do not share protected health information or another person's private information unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.

Review comments and replies may be visible to authenticated reviewers within the configured project. You are responsible for the content and accuracy of your feedback.

You may not:

• Use Healixity for fraud, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, threats, or unlawful activity.
• Misrepresent qualifications, licenses, services, identity, availability, or results.
• Scrape, copy, resell, spam, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
• Upload malware or attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or security systems.
• Use platform information to contact people outside their reasonable expectations or permission.

Information and services on Healixity are for professional, educational, career, and business purposes. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or a substitute for a licensed healthcare relationship.

For urgent symptoms or emergencies, contact local emergency services. Evaluate professional credentials, recommendations, and advice independently before relying on them.

Healixity and its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and features belong to Healixity or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

Do not use Healixity branding, content, or platform structure without permission. Respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, and other rights belonging to users and third parties.

You may stop using Healixity at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you breach these terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts due, violate law, or threaten users, providers, or platform security.

Sections covering content rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and any terms that should survive will continue after account closure.

Healixity is provided on an available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, specific outcomes, professional availability, or that every listing, profile, message, or recommendation is complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, Healixity is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform or a transaction between users.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms when the platform, business, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
